“No Bake Energy Balls”

Ok…… it’s confession time……… I have a SWEET tooth, and I do mean that!! So what does a girl do to curb that little monster when she’s craving a delicious delight, yet wants to stay healthy at the same time?  Well….it is an understatement to say how “over the moon” I was to  discover this yummy and inspiring recipe from Ideal Fit for “No Bake Energy Balls.” They have now become one of my “go to” favorites for an after dinner treat or pre-workout snack.

-1 cup quick oats

-1/2 cup natural peanut butter or almond butter

-1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

-1/3 cup raw honey

-1 scoop of Vanilla Ideallean Protein

Directions: stir all together ingredients together in a bowl, roll into individual balls & roll in oat flour (1/3 cup of blended quick oats) refrigerate & enjoy!
